At the Drakenstein Veterinary Clinic, arthroscopy is extensively used as a minimally invasive surgical procedure for the examination and treatment of damage to the interior of a joint or tendon sheath. Arthroscopic procedures can be performed to evaluate and treat various orthopaedic disorders, such as damaged cartilage surface, torn floating cartilage and removal of joint debris.

We use dedicated Stryker arthoscopy systems which allow advanced arthroscopic procedures. All work in recorded and archived for each patient.
